Thank you for shopping at Promptsity — a marketplace for high-quality digital AI prompts. We take pride in providing original and valuable digital content created by verified sellers. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all prompt purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Once a prompt has been purchased and delivered to your account, it cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. This policy is in place to protect the rights of our creators and to prevent misuse of the content.

2. Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following specific circumstances:

a) Technical Errors

If a technical error on our end or the payment processor's end results in a failed or incomplete delivery of the digital product.

Examples:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased prompt
• The download link provided is broken or corrupted (and the issue cannot be resolved manually)

b) Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same prompt more than once in the same session or account and can provide proof, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchasing
• You misunderstood the product's description or use case
• You found a similar product elsewhere
• You purchased the prompt for testing, reselling, or redistribution purposes
• You no longer need or want the prompt after purchase

Please make sure to review the product description, preview images, and details thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Requesting a Refund

If your refund request is approved:

• The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Promptsity reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. Misuse of the refund policy may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of any purchased prompts
• Legal action in severe cases
