At Promptsity, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality, integrity, and safety across our marketplace. This Content Policy outlines the rules and expectations for content submitted, sold, and purchased on our platform.

By using Promptsity, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.

1. General Guidelines

All content submitted to Promptsity — including AI prompts, images, titles, and descriptions — must adhere to the following principles:

• Originality: Sellers must only upload content they have created or have full rights to distribute. Plagiarized or copied content is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: Prompt descriptions must be clear, truthful, and should accurately reflect the value and purpose of the content.
• Respectfulness: All content must be respectful and free from hate speech, harassment, or offensive material.
• Legality: Any content that promotes illegal activity or violates local, national, or international laws is strictly forbidden.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on Promptsity and may lead to removal of the prompt, suspension, or permanent banning of the user account:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, racism, violence, or discriminatory content
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
• Malicious or harmful prompts (e.g., prompts encouraging unethical hacking, scams, or misuse of AI)
• Infringing content — anything that violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• AI-generated prompts that are reuploaded without modification or added value

3. Image Guidelines

Each prompt must include 3 to 5 high-quality images that:

• Are relevant to the prompt’s purpose or theme
• Do not contain offensive, copyrighted, or watermarked material (unless owned or licensed by the Seller)
• Are free of nudity, gore, or explicit content

4. Prompt Approval Process

All prompts submitted by Sellers go through a manual review process by the Promptsity Admin Team to ensure:

• Content quality and originality
• Compliance with this Content Policy
• Appropriateness and relevance to buyers

Prompts that do not meet these standards will be rejected with feedback, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5. Reporting Violations

Buyers and community members can report any content they believe violates this policy. Reports will be investigated promptly by our moderation team. If a prompt is found to be in breach, it will be removed, and the Seller will be notified.

6. Consequences of Violations

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in:

• Prompt removal
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of earnings for malicious intent or fraudulent content
• Legal action in the case of copyright infringement or fraud

7. Platform’s Rights

Promptsity reserves the right to:

• Refuse, remove, or modify any content that violates our policies or does not align with the values of the platform
• Take appropriate action against accounts found abusing or exploiting the platform
• Update this Content Policy at any time. Users will be notified of major changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
